New Mexico Water & Wastewater Association (NMWWA) The New Mexico Water and Wastewater Association is organized and operates exclusively for scientific and educational purposes on a nonprofit basis. The Association endeavors to assist in protecting the public health and the environment and preserving the investment of public funds in New Mexico by promoting proper design, construction, operation, performance evaluation, and management of water and wastewater utilities.
